At Ignito, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery.
Returns
- Please inspect your product in the presence of the delivery personnel.
- If you wish to return the product for any reason, the return request must be made immediately upon delivery, before the delivery personnel leaves.
- If the return is due to a reason other than receiving a damaged or incorrect product, the delivery charge is non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, please return it immediately to the delivery personnel. No additional delivery charge will apply in this case.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted only at the time of delivery, while the delivery personnel is present.
- Once you have accepted the product and the delivery personnel has left, exchange requests will no longer be accepted.
- For exchanges due to size or personal preference, the customer is responsible for:
- The return delivery charge.

Products must be unused and unwashed and must be returned with all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
